We hold the faith which is common to all the believers in Christ:
The Bible
We believe the Bible (the 66 canonical books of the Old and New Testaments) is the inspired Word of God and His completed revelation. God the Holy Spirit moved in and through the human authors to produce all the words of the text, while at the same time preserving the individual style of each human author.
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty. For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount. We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
We believe the original manuscripts were free from error and is therefore wholly true, accurate, trustworthy, and the supreme and final authority in everything it teaches, whether ethical, moral, behavioral, doctrinal, historical, geographic, or scientific. We believe the accurate understanding of the Bible is arrived at through a literal, contextual, grammatical, and historical interpretive process.

And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God. For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling. And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought: But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
Jesus Christ
There is one God, who is infinitely perfect, existing eternally in three persons: Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. These three are one God, co-equal in nature, attributes and perfections (Matthew 28:19; Mark 12:29; John 1:1-4; Hebrews 1:1-3; Acts 5:3-4; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Revelation 1:4-6).
We believe that Jesus Christ is God’s eternal Son who has become incarnate. God the Son has precisely the same nature, attributes, and perfections as God the Father and God the Holy Spirit. We believe that He is not only perfect God, but perfect man.
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
I and my Father are one.
For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel.
We believe Jesus Christ rose from the dead in the same (yet glorified) body in which He had lived and died. Upon His ascension, He was received by His Father as the ultimate assurance that His redeeming work was accomplished.
He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you.
And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit. And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts? Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have. And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his feet.
Baptism
Christian baptism, being fully immersed in water is the public symbolic outward representation of the born again believer, identifying the newly born again believer with Christ's death, burial, and resurrection. It is done in obedience to Christ, following His example, showing that we are a spiritual new creation in Christ.
Baptism in water is a vital tenet of Christianity, a pillar of the message of Christ, and essential for every Christian today. Christ commands that every believer be water-baptised, and that they in turn evangelize and baptise others.
"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you; and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen."
Baptism shows everyone in an open and visual way that we have chosen to follow Christ. Jesus taught we do not keep secret that we are His disciples. We are not ashamed.
Water baptism is not an optional-extra. It is a solemn command of the Lord Jesus Christ to be baptised, and to baptise others. Have you been baptised in water, the bible-way, since you were genuinely born again?
Salvation
Salvation is turning to Christ and following Him with all our heart.
A dictionary definition of "save" in a theological sense is, "to deliver from sin." The theological definition of "salvation" is "spiritual rescue from sin and death." This would seem easy to understand because the Bible clearly teaches that we are all sinners and, therefore, God's judgment stands against us.
"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;"
We also have learned that a way has been provided to lift that judgment against us through Christ. All Christians are in agreement on this.
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
"Anyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved"
Other religions may have different approaches to sin. Christianity is unique in presenting Christ as the only means of lifting the judgment of death from us.
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
